The new Peugeot 407 SW is a high-tech vehicle providing both passive and active safety features, ensuring the safety of its occupants with intelligent airbags and a latest-generation Bosch ESP. To give you the greatest possible pleasure from each mile driven, the new Peugeot 407 SW has innovative, high-performance suspension systems made largely from aluminium.

ESP braking

The braking system of the new Peugeot 407 SW includes the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) and Emergency Brake Assist (EBA). These three systems are supplemented by the ESP (Electronic Stability Program), providing Anti-Spin Regulation (ASR).

Airbags

The new Peugeot 407 SW offers up to 9 airbags: 2 front, 2 front side and 2 rear, 2 curtain and 1 driver's knee airbag.

Isofix seats

Child seats can be fitted in the four passenger seats of the new Peugeot 407 SW and the Isofix seat can be fitted in the rear side seats.
